The breakfast spread was incredible , featuring everything from classic waffles to hard boiled eggs , ensuring everyone finds something to enjoy. Staff friendliness made our experience warm and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety, and staff ensured highchairs for my twins were clean. A minor inconvenience was accessing the pool, as room keys didn’t work during hours.

I loved the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The gym had enough equipment for a solid workout, which I appreciated during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was impressive with plenty of options, including different egg and meat choices daily. Staff at the breakfast area went out of their way to be welcoming. However, I noticed that housekeeping only came to clean the room once during my 4-night stay, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I would have liked to see more visible recycling bins around the hotel, especially since they advertised using recycled materials for their breakfast. Overall, a great stay but with some room for improvement.

I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room. Coffee and tea were available all day, which was great. Breakfast was hot, and the area was kept clean. The morning staff were friendly and helpful! It was a solid experience! ☕

Enjoyed the spacious King Suite, which was both comfortable and well-appointed.

The pool's size left a lot to be desired. it felt cramped and chilly, especially with a crowd of rowdy teenagers splashing around. During a four-night stay, housekeeping was disappointing, with my room not being cleaned at all, forcing me to request essentials like towels and toilet paper multiple times.

Consider requesting a high floor for a quieter experience and better views during your stay.

The pool was disappointingly small, not ideal for actual swimming!!! Room cleaning service could use better communication. we had to ask multiple times for cleaning!!!

Had a great time with friends! The breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the staff was super friendly. We loved visiting the Meadow Brook Music Festival, which was just about 18 km away. The hotel is in a good spot for shopping and fun.

We did experience an issue with our door lock, which took maintenance a bit of time to fix.
